Your estimate

Select a destination and a quantity to see the delivered price.

Indicative estimate in US dollars, not a binding offer. Our prices are set in Colombian pesos and converted at the official exchange rate of the day, and the DHL fuel surcharge changes every week; we confirm the final price in a written proforma.

What the price includes

  • The coffee packed for export: GrainPro-type hermetic liners inside boxes of up to 24 kg
  • Colombian export paperwork under the FNC small-quantity regime, commercial invoice and packing list
  • DHL Express Worldwide freight, door to door and tracked — 5–8 business days
  • Delivered at place (DAP): the coffee arrives at your address

What it does not include

  • Import duties, VAT and customs-clearance fees at destination — the importer pays them
  • The DHL remote-area surcharge, if your postcode has one — we check it before the proforma
  • Any registration your country requires from the importer — see the import notes below
  • Bank fees on your transfer

Payment in advance by bank transfer, invoiced in USD. Lead time 1–2 weeks from payment (for the United States, once the FDA registration is confirmed).

Spain

Spain charges import VAT of about 10% on coffee and applies an official food-import control (AGRIM) that DHL handles. To resell you need an EORI number and a food-business registration (RGSEAA).

Sweden

Green coffee enters the EU at 0% duty; roasted coffee pays 7.5% unless the EU–Colombia origin declaration applies, which we issue. Import VAT is charged at the Swedish rate and paid by the importer. To import commercially you need an EORI number and, to resell, registration as a food business with the local authority.

United Arab Emirates

In the UAE the importer normally needs a food-trade licence and has to register each product and label with the local food authority (in Abu Dhabi, ADAFSA), with Arabic labelling. Check this before you order.

United States

Coffee for the United States must be roasted and packed — or, for green coffee, milled and stored — in a facility registered with the FDA. We ship to the US only once that registration is confirmed for your lot, and we give you the date in the proforma. Every shipment needs FDA Prior Notice, which we arrange with you or your customs broker. As importer you must comply with the Foreign Supplier Verification Program (FSVP) and have a DUNS number. Roasted coffee in retail bags needs English labels with the net weight in ounces and grams. US import duty on green and roasted coffee is 0%.
